The government that comes closest to a dictatorship is that of Cuba (a). The model developed by the Castro brothers ended up fomenting the cut of freedoms, preventing access, for example, to the Internet, technologies and other aspects that emanate from the capitalist system. Only a few years ago a greater openness can be seen, although reports of fugitives being lost at sea as they seek refuge in the USA can still be heard.
