Depends on what you mean by final semester. If you mean last semester of your senior year, then we'll do it this way:
Assuming you are taking the standard 4 years of highschool, you've taken 7 semesters so far. We can multiply 2.32*7 to find the sum of your GPA each semester:16.24
Then we add your final semester's GPA, 2.07.
16.24+2.07=18.31
Divide by 8
18.31/8=2.28875
Your new GPA will be 2.29
