At a certain time of day, a 5 foot tall man has a 7.5 foot tall shadow. if a tree is 15 feet tall, what is the length of the shadow of the tree?

Answer :

Man height = 5
Shadow height = 7.5
that means shadow is 1.5 against man height (7.5 / 5 = 1.5)

Supposed Tree height is Y
then shadow will be = 1.5 x Y
1.5 x 15 = 22.5.
