What should you do if an adult choking victim cannot breathe, but is still responsive?
Get permission from the victim and then give abdominal thrusts
Wait until the person becomes unconscious and then begin CPR
Call 911
Do nothing; they don't need your help

Answer :

If an adult is choking and cannot breathe, there's no sound able to exit their mouth and they are conscious, you need to 1. call 911; 2. get permission to the Heimlich maneuver (abdominal thrusts).

Taking it a step further; if the person does become unconscious, you will then begin CPR to attempt to thrust the obstruction out of the airway.
